Day out with family, with Wall.E review

Today, I decided to take my family out for movies at MidValley Megamall. I guess it's been a while since the last we watched movie together. *sigh* I feel so bad, I've told them that we're gonna watch a movie, but only a few months was I able to fulfill it.

Was there early to avoid being busy at the parking lot, and had breakfast at Food Junction.

This proves that we were at Food Junction? LOL

I saw a star hanging around at the Food Junction

Okies, I have to stop here..
See the second rule???

After that, we went and walk around before the movie starts. I went and see the Modern Home & Property Fair at the convention center. Then met with me classmates. Forgotten they were having a gathering there too, hahaha xD *paiseh*

The Entrance of the Convention Center

Anyways, we watched Wall.E. OMiGOSh! It is so KIEWT!! (Cute) I LOVE IT!! Though the whole show wasn't that good, but I must admit, the animation is really neat and cool! The storyline.. so-so only.. Not that interested, if you're looking for nice stories. There are hidden moral lessons though, but ain't gonna spill them out, you gotta find out by yourself. One thing I like is how the actors/actresses were able to mimic like the robotic way of talking at the same time putting some feelings into it.. Hmm, I'm imagining how to actually put emotions into a compounding metal circuits... ROBOTS falling in LOVE... How cool is that??

And I thought the world's gonna disappear within
another few hundred years from now...

Wall.E itself.. Damn cute sia.. =)

This part is sweet yet funny at the same time..
hahaha xD

The movie got a rating of 7.5 out of 10.0. The cuteness factor adds a 0.5 into it making it 8.0. *winks* It's a nice movie to watch though. =D

Went for tea time/dinner at BK's and guess what? I met my friends, Nicole and Wan Sin. They are so hardworking weih, doing there work there, and it was Maths!! O_O

They're really sweet and are a nice couple..
*envy envy*

Then we headed home... for some nice rest and relaxation before starting tomorrow's lessons. Yesh! Class starting tomorrow! *yikes!* =(

Pissed @ College

Yesterday I went back to college to collect my student ID as also confirm that I am a registered student for Level 2 aka 2nd Year at college.. Well ,I went with a friend of mine, who is also my classmate. Before getting our ID's, we went to the student services for a matter. My friend was wearing sport shoes. Yesh it's not appropriate to wear so, but he had his reasons. He has a problem with his right foot bone. Apparently, he needs certain type of shoes to suit his right leg. However his previous shoes was in bad shape (with holes and worn off).

We wanted to check if my friend could get a permission for an exception to the rules regarding the footwear. Or at least some time off the Strict-Rules, while he tries to find another suitable pair of shoes (which he has been doing that for more than 2 semesters). Unfortunately the STUDENT SERVICES, to our disappointment, WAS REALLY a SHOCKING EXPERIENCE for us who have been there for more than a year now. They were BLARDIE RUDE to us students. Just because they are more superior, or they're elder than us, doesn't mean you can throw harsh words with doubtness of our statements.

Here's the situation where me, my friend (he), and student services (s1 & s2) were involved. It might not be accurate, but it surely what was said.

Me: Sir, would it be possible to get and exception of rules for his footwear due to my friend's foot's condition?
S1: Why?
He: My right foot was badly injurt in the past, causing me to have some problems in walking, I would need a pair of shoes which is suitable to support my right foot, like the one that I have now.
S2: Then you can just buy a new pair of shoes?
Me and he: *wtf face*
Me: But sir, ma'am, he has been searching for it for over 2 months but he couldn't find it.
He: Sir, if I would have found it, wouldn't I be wearing it today? Besides a customized pair of shoes would cost me more than 1k ringgit.
Me and he: If there's no exception, could we have permission to allow my friend to temporarily wear this pair of shoes for the moment, *points at the sport shoes of his* while he tries harder to find another pair?
S2: There's a shop in Sogo, Bilas or something, where it's cheaper, you can go there and buy.
He: Where, may I know, is this shop, ma'am?
S2: I don't know, it's somewhere in front of Sogo.
Me: But sir, we still need time to find it, and if we aren't able to find it, can we have the permission to allow my friend to wear his current shoes, temporarily?
S1: No, instead, why not you get a doctor certified letter to tell us that it is true.
S2: *softly said, but we heard* If not, then just quit.

I'll stop here. It's quite long, but it was really piss-ful! Eff weih! Don't they know waiting for a government doctor to certify such things, would TAKE A EFF-ing long time, and a private sector doctor would cost a lot? Wtf is wrong is their attitude??

That's not all, guess what? My other classmate andI couldn't get my ID earlier, because one of the admin staffs said that we needed to attend all the orientation. Okies, another wtf, here. My hopes of helping watching movies early that day went doen the drain. But nvm that, so we waited like good little boys, until it was time to get our ID's. Then we head to the admin to collect our ID, only to find out that it wasn't printed out. Wtf again! Worse was when one of the admin staffs told us VERY RUDELY going along witht her STERN LOOKS, "We will DO it, and distribute it in class".

Hello! We registered earlier than some people, and they get their ID's earlier than us? Luckily there was another kind staff who did it for us, in less than 15 minutes.

These things PISSES ME OFF. First was the student services, then the admin staff. Where the heck are their ethical attitudes? Don't they know students come first? (Note: Customers come first -> Customers are people paying for services -> We, students are paying -> Students = customers)

Just Another Casual Day Out

It was obvious that I had to go to Low Yat Plaza, to get my stuff fixed. So it wasn't surprising that I'd be talking blogging on this.

waited quite long for the train =(

Snap a pic of Putra Stadium (a part of it)

Thought of snapping something different for a change..
*winks* =P

Suppose to go there early with Siew Mei; she wanted to retrieve her laptop, and I needed to rectify my stuff, and we wanted to hang out. But apparently, we went there after lunch, in our separate ways (boy, does this make it sound more dramatic or what?) and met up after she had finished with her laptop.

She wanted to get a new laptop cover, but guess what her requirements for the cover? Mau fit in the cables, the mouse, and whatmore her cooler pad! WOAH.. the so-called cover should be a size of a bag! But no, ended up getting just a cover for her LAPTOP only.

So what to do after that? Well I had the urge and itch to play around with the camera, and she was interested with it. THEREFORE, LET THE CAMHO SESSION BEGINS!

I had the right attitude..
she? the "right" attitude..

You can tell how much she likes that drink

Priceless kan?

having a hard time deciding: Pepsi or Ice Tea?

We are great suckers SLURPERS.. (^_^)

Finally I gotten myself the latest Seventeen's Magazine!
Wootza! Oh Look!
It's Schmae! Hiii~!!
*hehehehe xD*

Well we hanged around until it was about to rain.. Luckily we were able to leave the complex without getting wet. *Thank you, Lord!* You guys should know why I'm so grateful.. if not, THINK people, THINK!

I got back to my area in time to join my mum and sis for dinner.. However, even in my small area, there was Jam, well the usual one with the exception that it was a rainy evening.

So WHAT'S for dinner you ASK??? We ate at Ipoh Chicken Rice Shop which is near my area.

Ok Ok, I shall stop here, duwanna let you guys/girls start drooling all over your computer.. Ahahahkz.. Wootza!

Weirdest Logic

A few days ago, my memord card started corrupting, and by that it means that the card started to show some malfunctioning. And BECAUSE of THAT, some of my pictures including videos were corrupted.

Ended up with errors that pop-up: Device I/O error

This is my memory card,
only about 2 weeks old..
so fast corrupt right? wtf..

Okies, that's not the weirdest logic YET..

the weirdest thing is when I went to Low Yat
to find out the problem.. How weird?
W.E.I.R.D I tell you..

A shorten conversation at the shop..
Me: My memory card has an error, it's not readable..
Techie: How come?
Me: (=.=") I don't know, suddenly it's not readable..
Techie: *takes a display camera, and reformats my card*
Me: Is it done? But how come I couldn't format it on my camera?
Techie: Sometimes the memory card is a little choosy..
Me: *wtf face* *calms down* Oh kayy..
Me: So what should I do to overcome this..
Techie: Oh, you should always format your card..
*suddenly a guy interrupted, apparently he was from SanDisk*
SanDiskGuy: The more you format, the better it is..
Me: *wtffff* *shocked, but remained calm* thanks..

NOW IS THAT WEIRD OR IS THAT WEIRD???
who ever heard, that the more you format a card,
the better it becomes
?

Dinner @ Feeling Cafe

Well I've been pretty bored the past few days, to my surprise, I managed to get hold of Ling, who's been busy herself. She managed to find some time to slot me into her busy schedule, even though she was tired *she's been yawning secretly, I saw that, =)*

She took me to some place in Desa Setapak, and we dined at Feeling Cafe, said to be known to most TARC-ian.. *the site's not really up yet*

So tonight I'll be sharing with you my opinion on the food and environment on it.

Ling and I ordered a few stuffs:

The Turkey Ham Spaghetti was nice..
Came out warm, and was enough as a meal..
but of course, cannot suppress my hunger..
*mind the spelling error on the picture, i was lazy to re-correct it*

Fried Dumpling was yummy..
Hot, crispy, and had enough fillings..
Worth eating..
Would order more the next time..

Mushroom Soup was dull..
I not saying it taste like the Mamak Dall..
But it was almost tasteless..
Too much water.. =(

Herb Soup was too sweet..
yeah, it was as if they poured
a lot of liquid sugar in it..
spoilt! Didn't finish it also..

If you're looking for a course meal there (without the soup),
this cafe would be fine.. The price is worth it..

Oh ya, they had quite an environment as well..

They had singers to entertain us for the night.
Wootza! How cool is that?

Next would be rather nothing to do with the food,
just us being funny and crazy after dinner..
lotsa peeps were staring,
but it didn't stop us.. =P

Ooo... Scary..

WE LIKE CAMHO!

Trying to scrape my skin??

Picture says it

Guess the action!

She states!

Ling requesting for song dedication

Well that's all about the food from Feeling Cafe, don't take my words for it, you can have a try there, especially TARC-ians.

My ratings for this place:

Environment: 7
Food: 7
Services: 6
Overall: 6
