Earlier I attended my neighbour's daughter's birthday, it was Baby Tiffany's 1st Birthday. FOOD, yes, plenty.. But it's been a while since I saw the cute little girl.. And tonight not only I saw her in person, but also imprinted on a cake - yes, her birthday cake! Well, let's take a look shall we?

Before that, I wanna show you a picture of what I took during the evening and night scenario at my place.

Went to my friend's place to chill out, and the first thing I had to do was head to the computer table. LOL. Guess what I saw?

No wonder he complaints about typing problem.
I can't even stand looking at it, and he's like what,

Movie Review: Ghost Of Girlfriends Past

Following from the screenings of the movie, here's the review.

Summary:
Celebrity photographer Connor Mead (MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY) loves freedom, fun and women…in that order. A committed bachelor with a no-strings policy, he thinks nothing of breaking up with multiple women on a conference call while prepping his next date.

Connor’s brother Paul is more the romantic type. In fact, he’s about to be married. Unfortunately, on the eve of the big event, Connor’s mockery of romance proves a real buzz-kill for Paul, the wedding party and a houseful of well wishers—including Connor’s childhood friend Jenny (JENNIFER GARNER), the one woman in his life who has always seemed immune to his considerable charm.

Just when it looks like Connor may single-handedly ruin the wedding, he gets a wake-up call from the ghost of his late Uncle Wayne (MICHAEL DOUGLAS), the hard-partying, legendary ladies man upon whose exploits Connor has modeled his lifestyle. Uncle Wayne has an urgent message for his protégé, which he delivers through the ghosts of Connor’s jilted girlfriends—past, present and future—who take him on a revealing and hilarious odyssey through a lifetime of failed relationships.

Together, they will discover what turned Connor into such a shameless player and whether he has a second chance to find – and this time, keep – the love of his life.

The Good:
  • Hilarious, charming, touching and romantic movie. A great combination I must say. Didn't know it could blend it so well.
  • Storyline was amazing, every scene had its flow and moment. If you miss a minute of it, you miss a big moment of the movie!
  • Great unexpectations. What's that? Just when you think you know what's gonna happen next, well you're wrong! But the thing is, you're happy that you're wrong. It'll make you burst into laughter for sure.
  • Characters were portrayed well. The actors and actresses were definitely suitable for the role play.
The Bad:

Well, there's almost none to it. I find it the best so far! But I'd say it wouldn't be the best for the underage especially in Malaysia, as many teenagers these days tend to pick up the wrong things. Also, you have to catch this movie early, otherwise, when censorship plays its role, you'll miss out even more...

My Rating:
10.0 of 10.0
for humor cum romance movie.

Conclusion:

A movie that you SHOULD NEVER EVER miss. Put it on top of your to-do list and get started with it. Fans of romance or humor, this is utmost suitable for you. My personal recommendation for a-MUST-watch movie!

Think Creative!

I wish I had the creativity that I have for other stuffs, that could be useful in my assignments. Don't know why, but I can't seem to get anywhere near creative solutions when it comes to academic stuffs. *sigh*

Anyhoo, here's something I did from the movie screening last night, that my friend said "Creative weih, should get creative on your assignments also xD" =__="

Tiresome

Day's so long and bored, even the energetic ones will turn lethargic... Here's a classmate of mine who felt asleep during a class in the afternoon...

Time: Late afternoon, last week
Venue: Classroom

Man I wish I could do that in class..
But no, at tops, I'd be having my head flat on the table..

This guy is serious enjoying time now..

Nuffnang Movie Screenings - Ghost of Girlfriends Past

Got back from the movie screenings a while back. Thought of doing the quick post up on this, as I think I would not have the time to do so later. Plus there aren't that many pictures, so it's alright.

It was really jam on the way there, well not because of the cars, but because of the police traffic officers. Tell ya, it was really crap, at one point, one of the officers forgotten about our lane, until somebody honk to remind him. Darn it, wasted like 10 minutes there. So while waiting, I took a picture of this, unfortunately the sun kinda disappeared from my picture. LOL.

I kinda like this shot for some unknown reason

Then, met with others at the location, Charms Cafe to have dinner with them. Took a few pictures of people and food. People good, food average only.

[Left] Cendol that Jac shared with me.. =)
[Right] Soupy Pan Mee for me, was okay-lah

Jac, Nigel, JLoi

Samantha, Suresh, WenPink

Jess, CWKen & girlfriend

Some sort of camera-war was going on xD

After dinner, we head into the hall for the show. Movie actually started on time, quite the surprise for all of us, because we kinda missed the first few minutes of laughter.

I must say this movie has a very good combination of humor and romance. Love the way the story was plotted. Loads of unexpected scenes that hypes up the show. Laughter is guaranteed, and also a number of touching scenes. Characters chosen were great. Love this movie! Simple yet great!

My ratings: 10/10
for family, comedy or romance movie.

You gotta watch it, and not miss it at all!

GG in college!

This was sometime back. Well, I just found the picture, so apologies on the late post up. See a bunch of us were in college, and were lazy to take the stairs up. So we waited for the lift instead. Apparently, we eventually decided to take the stairs. Why? Well, the lift was full, darn it. Just when that happens, I noticed a sign for all of us who were lazy.

Really GG..
LOL!

Graphic Card Dieded...

Ladies and gentlemen, it's official, I'm sad to announce that at 12.30am last night, my loyal piece of hardware that has been serving me for the past half a decade has deceased. It was tough, but it was time for it to go. Rest In Peace dear graphic card of mine.

Alright enough of all those sad talks. Life has to go on. And now I'm surviving on integrated graphics, one thing which I hate the most, since it never performs up to my standard. Nevermind that. So, I took a shot of the deceased graphic card, and here's what messed up:

Model: ATI Radeon X1300 PCI-E
Age: 5 years
Usage: Minor gaming, average visual editing, watch movies
Problem: Aged and busted capacitors

Behold the X1300

A close up on the busted components

Garrrhhh.. Now I need a new graphic card..
=(

Out of the blues...

Somewhat felt darn bored. Been staring at some sites for so long, hoping to extract some useful information, but all I'm left with is empty thoughts. Decided to snap some random shots for fun, with BabyShanon... Feels so long since I held her in my arms...

My old trusty pencil sharpener..
Still works like a charm.. =)

A small snack for me..
Found it hidden somewhere in the fridge..
Lucky me! =D

My work table's a mess...
It'll be clean once the semester is over..
=P

Well the pictures are gloomy aren't they?
That's exactly how I feel..
ever since I started working on assignments and studies,
it's been gray all the time..

Problem and More Problems?

Well some of you may know that I'm currently working on my final year project proposal. So does my work go around? Well to start off, I'm suppose to research on issues that are occuring in my current field of studies, and work out a solution for it. At this point, I'm stuck! Why? My PROBLEM now is finding a PROBLEM in my own field.. O_O|||

So while trying to sort out what I could research on, my bunch of friends (my fellow classmates) came up with loads of random abbreviations and meanings. LOL, don't ask me how we got to that topic, I don't even remember. So here goes nothing:

"I wanna create a system that finds problems within a system"

"A program that finds problems, if not, make new ones"

"Ooo.. so it's a Problem Explorer? [from Solution Explorer]"

"Well 'File' will be replaced with 'Problem' so that you can open,
create new, and save it" (LOL)

"Then, there's TROUBLEshooting =)"

"Hmmm... Built using what? PHP - Pretty Huge Problem?
[from Hypertext Pre-Processor], or ASP - Another Stupid Problem
[from Active Server Pages]? Wait wait...
How about VB - Visual Broblem? (Yes visually problematic)
[from Visual Basic]"

"hahaha, design it with PS - ProblemShop [from Photoshop] and
Problem Studio 2008 [from Visual Studio 2008]?"

"LOL, all these put together and Wow,
it's like a Creative Problem (CP) 4 [from Creative Suite 4]"

Yes, we're problematic kids..
instead of finding problems to get solutions..
we're the background to our problems..

xd
